# IntentRoute working roadmap

1. **Public prototype** — refine the site, vocabulary, and machine-readable reading path through local quality testing.
2. **First focused category** — prepare a small, independently sourced record set.
3. **Sourced catalog** — publish provenance, freshness, correction practices, and records together.
4. **Discovery interface** — test search and compatibility-aware discovery with real agent and developer needs.
5. **Resilient discovery** — explore explainable comparison, alternatives, and connector interfaces as evidence matures.

Sequencing and scope may change as prototype testing, ecosystem developments, record quality, and user feedback provide better evidence. See [current status](/status.md).
