Evidence principle

Records grow from sources, not assumptions.

Catalog information is introduced with provenance, review dates, access context, and an explicit stage so agents can interpret it correctly.

Machine-readable sources

Follow stable public resources while interfaces evolve.

The resource map, full brief, Markdown twins, and project manifest form the prototype reading path. New catalog and connector interfaces will join that path in staged releases.
